Cancellation Policy
You will receive an appointment reminder prior to your scheduled date .if there are any changes to your plans and you are unable to attend , please notify us at least 48 hours in advance .The reminder sent one day before your appointment is a final opportunity to let us know of any changes . To respect our technicians’ time and accommodate other clients, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled within 48hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-show appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
