Due to a high volume of cancellations and no-shows, we have introduced a new deposit policy for first-time clients. This helps us reserve spots for serious bookings and better manage our schedule.

 A 50% deposit is required for first-time bookings.

You have 1 hour to make the deposit — otherwise, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

• Call the salon to provide card information and complete the transaction by phone

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
